SVEPM 16-18 March 2016 in Denmark

Dear Colleagues,
we would like to invite you to join us for the next annual SVEPM conference in Elsinore, Denmark, Wednesday 16th and Friday 18th March 2016.
You can find all the required information on the conference website: www.svepm2016.org

The registration for the conference is now open.
Early bird registration fees apply before 1 February 2016.
Note that SVEPM members can register at reduced price. You can learn how to become a member of SVEPM here.

It is no longer possible to submit abstracts for oral presentation, but SVEPM is known for high quality poster sessions, and we invite registered delegates to bring a poster. Information relating to registration of posters and poster pitches at the conference is available here.

Please note that a small number of conference bursaries targeting participants from European countries that are not usually well represented at SVEPM will be awarded for the 2016 conference.
The deadline for applying for a bursary is 15 December 2015.

The evening before the conference begins, young scientists will have the opportunity to network during the Young Scientist Event ‘How to make a good poster’ followed by dinner and other social activities.

The conference dinner will be held at the Kronborg Castle (the Castle of Shakespear’s Hamlet).

On behalf of the SVEPM Committee and the local organisers,
we all hope to see you in Denmark next year.

Best wishes.

Liza Rosenbaum Nielsen
Chair of the Local Organising Committee
